GetMyInvoices is a tool that automatically downloads all of your invoices, receipts, and documents from many different systems and apps into one easy dashboard. With a few clicks, you can easily reconcile your accounting or send your invoicing data to your accountant or accounting software, such as DATEV or LexOffice.

If you are an admin of a Cobot space, you can get your Cobot subscription invoices imported into your GetMyInvoices dashboard. If you are a member of a coworking space that uses Cobot, you can get your invoices sent to your GetMyInvoices dashboard as well.

To get started:

  1. Set up an account on GetMyInvoices.

  2. Go to your GetMyInvoices dashboard » click on 'Companies & Portals'

This is an image of the DATEV dashboard showing the main interface of a user account. The left sidebar menu is expanded, with the Companies and Portals section highlighted. The main dashboard displays widgets for total documents, balance, transactions, notifications, and companies, along with setup guidance steps for connecting online portals, transactions, and a central email address.

3. Connect a new company » Online-Portal » Enter Cobot in the search field » add the username and password you use to log in to Cobot.

  • Click on 'Extended Settings' to populate more details, such as adding tags.

  • Make sure you always choose a start date (it can also be a date in the past) from when invoices should be pulled over.

This is an image of the basic settings screen for integrating a Cobot account, showing fields for entering the name, login email, password, standard tags, and a start date. A Cobot logo and login page link appear on the right side of the screen.

PRO TIP

  • To get your previous invoices, click on "Start Fetch Process Now".

This is an image of the DATEV dashboard displaying the “Companies & Portals” tab selected on the left sidebar. A portal connection to Cobot is visible, with a play icon labeled “Start fetch process now” for initiating data retrieval.

And that's it! All of your Cobot invoices will now populate in GetMyInvoices whenever they are created in Cobot.
