Cobot allows you to send invoices to multiple recipients, ensuring that all relevant parties—such as accountants, managers, or business owners—receive billing information. Instead of manually forwarding invoices, you can set up multiple email addresses to receive them automatically.

How to Add Multiple Billing Emails

To send invoices to multiple email addresses, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Manage » Members » Click on member’s name.

  2. Click 'Edit' on their Profile Card.

  3. Enter multiple email addresses, separated by commas in the 'Billing Email' field. Each listed email will receive a copy of all invoices related to that member.

This image shows a form section for entering an email address and an optional billing email. The primary email field is filled with the members primary email. Below it, there is a "Billing email" field outlined in red, which allows entering an alternative email address for receiving invoices. A note below the field clarifies that the billing email will be used instead of the primary email for invoices and supports multiple addresses separated by spaces.

  4. Click 'Update Details.'

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The primary email for the member remains unchanged; only invoice-related emails are sent to the addresses listed in the Billing Email field.

  • If you want the member to also receive Invoices, add their email to the Billing Email field as well.

  • If no additional emails are specified, invoices will continue to be sent to the member’s default email address.
