The Cobot Members App lets members book resources in your space quickly and easily from their phone.

The app is currently only for members. If you are not a member of a space, you will be unable to login and access the application. If you are an admin of a Cobot space and want to use the app, add yourself as a member using this guide.

Getting Started

Download the App

This is an image of the Cobot Members app page in the Apple App Store. The app has a large blue icon with a white letter C. The title reads “Cobot Members” with the description “Smooth bookings at your space.” It shows that the app is in the Productivity category, developed by Upstream – Agile G, and is suitable for ages 4 and up. The preview screenshots highlight the app’s features, including browsing rooms, seeing availability, and quickly booking with a tap.

Helpful Hint: Members can find a direct download link in their member portal.

  • Use the same email and password you use to access your member portal.

This is an image of the Cobot login screen. At the top, it says “Log In With Cobot Account.” There are two fields to enter an email address and password, with a “Forgot password?” link below the password field. At the bottom, there are two buttons: “Deny” on the left and a blue “Approve” button on the right.

App Navigation

The app has four main tabs:

1. Home

Shows your spaces contact info and social links. This data is pulled from your settings under Setup in your admin portal.

This is an image of the Cobot Members app home screen. At the top, it shows the workspace name “Your Space” with its logo. Below that, a message displays “No bookings” with a blue “Book now” button. Further down, there is contact information for the space, including an email address, phone number, and location in Neverland, California. Social media icons for Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter are also shown. At the bottom of the screen, there is a navigation bar with four options: Home, Bookings, Book, and Account.

2. Bookings

Here your member will see a list of their past bookings and upcoming bookings.

This is an image of the “Your Bookings” screen in the Cobot Members app. At the top, there is a blue “Make a Booking” button. Below that, under “Past Bookings,” there are three listed reservations for a meeting room. The first booking is titled “Spring Launch Party” on January 26, 2025, from 18:00 to 22:00 for 4 hours. The second and third bookings are titled “Launch Planning,” held on January 23, 2025, and January 16, 2025, both from 09:00 to 11:00 for 2 hours each. At the bottom of the screen is the navigation bar with options for Home, Bookings, Book, and Account.

3. Book

Members can create new bookings here with ease. The app delivers a smoother, more streamlined experience than the mobile web version.

  • They can only book resources allowed under their current membership plan.

  • Any restrictions (such as time limits or booking windows) are automatically applied.

This is an image of the “Make a Booking” screen in the Cobot Members app. The screen shows available spaces with photos, prices, and details. The first option is an “Event Space” priced at 50 US dollars per hour, with a capacity of 100 people. Below it is a “Meeting Room” priced at 30 US dollars per hour, with a capacity of 10 people. A timeline view under the Event Space shows available booking hours starting from 6:00. At the bottom of the screen, there is a navigation bar with icons for Home, Bookings, Book, and Account.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This app currently supports bookings only. To manage plans, invoices, or account settings, please use the member web portal.

  • Members of network spaces can view and book resources from all spaces in their network under "Book".

    • A "Space" filter is available to help them filter by location.

The member selects the resource they want and can book the date and time of their choice.

This is an image of the booking confirmation screen for a meeting room in the Cobot Members app. At the top, it shows the space name “Your Space” and the selected resource, “Meeting Room.” The booking details are displayed: Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 for two hours. The resource details note a capacity of 10 people and describe the space as suitable for big projects, with easels, sewing machines, and drafting tables available. The booking is titled “Design Meeting.” The price is listed as 60 US dollars, with the estimated total also 60 US dollars, and no booking credits applied. At the bottom, there is a blue “Book Now” button alongside the price summary.

4. Account

This section shows basic account details only:

  • The members current plan and price

  • Legal usage information (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy)

  • A link to contact the Cobot team if they need to report a bug

The plan is listed as “Part-Time” with a price of 250 US dollars per month. Below that, there are links to Legal, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
