The Cobot Dashboard brings a clear, informative, and visually engaging overview of your space’s most important information – all in one place.
Let's look at each section in detail!
Members
At the top, the Members box provides a quick overview of your total members, showing how membership has evolved over time and includes a three-month forecast. It highlights key insights such as unconfirmed members, how many members are joining your space this month, and how many are leaving.
Clicking on View all will forward you to your Member list.
Clicking on Analytics will forward you to your Analytics section where you will find more details.
Business Overview
Below that, the Business Overview section introduces two focused cards:
The Total Revenue card displays the total revenue for the last 30 days, how it compares to the previous period, and a breakdown by product (memberships, bookings, drop-ins, etc.).
The Unpaid card shows the total outstanding revenue, the number of unpaid invoices, and lists the three most recent unpaid invoices, allowing you to identify issues at a glance.
Clicking on View all for the Total Revenue will forward you to your Analytics section
Clicking on View all for the Unpaid Invoices will forward you to your list of unpaid invoices.
Bookings
The Bookings card shows you all your member and visitor bookings at a glance. You can easily see details such as attendees and extras, and approve pending external bookings directly from the Dashboard.
External bookings are clearly labeled for easier distinction.
What's Happening Section
On the right-hand side of your Dashboard, the What’s Happening section consolidates key real-time updates about the space.
The What's Happening section includes:
Members Checked-In: shows avatars of the last five members who checked in and the total count currently physically present in the space. Learn more about member check-ins.
Drop-Ins: displays how many Drop-in Passes have been purchased for the day. Learn more about Drop-in Passes.
External Bookings: summarizes today’s external bookings, including those with extras or awaiting approval. Learn more about External Bookings.
Open Issues: highlights the number of open issues and how many are assigned to the logged-in admin. Learn more about Help Desk Issues.
Events: shows the number of upcoming events within the next seven days. Learn more about Events.
Activity Feed
Finally, the Activities Feed gives you a quick snapshot of everything happening in your space. It shows who did what – whether it’s an admin, member, or guest – so you can stay on top of all activity at a glance.
Each activity has its own icon and color, and you can take direct actions (e.g., approving bookings or confirming members) without leaving the Dashboard.
