This guide is to show you how to use Time Passes from your member portal. You will only see a Time Pass option if the plan you are on supports Time Passes.

First, log in to your member portal from your coworking spaces log in page.

Your Dashboard will show you how many passes you have left, what kind of Time Passes you have, and whether you share them with a team (teams are set up by an admin in your space). You will need to check-in using a Time Pass whenever you visit your coworking space.

Depending on your coworking spaces set up, they will have different check-in options. These may include:

1) Door access systems, such as KISI or Salto.

2) RFID card readers or biometric scanners.

*If door access or card readers/biometric scanners are set up, you will automatically have a Time Pass deducted whenever you enter your coworking space. Keep in mind that you will NOT be locked out if you do not have a valid pass on your membership, so it's a good idea to make sure you have enough before entering the space.

3) Wifi Integration.

*Wifi integration will automatically check you in and deduct a Time Pass whenever you log on to your coworking spaces internet. You will be prompted to log on with your Cobot email and password.

4) Manual check-in by logging into your member portal and clicking on 'Check-in'. If you have multiple kinds of passes on your membership, such as Full & Half Day, you will be able to choose what type of pass you check in with.

Don't worry, even if you are using one of the automated check-in methods, Cobot will deduct the correct type of pass depending on how long you are in your coworking space.


  • If you are unable to log in to your spaces wifi, they may have Time Passes set up as a requirement. Check and see if you have a valid Time Pass on your account. If you do not, you will need to purchase more before you are allowed access.

  • If you are unable to buy more Time Passes, check that you have a valid payment method on file. If your coworking space requires you to pay for Time Passes immediately (and not on your next invoice), you will need to add a credit or debit card.
