The new External Bookings feature is a powerful tool to help you generate even more income by keeping your Resources booked!

Before moving over to this new feature, we strongly recommend deactivate the existing Legacy External Bookings feature. This is easy to do and something you must do as this feature will soon be obsolete. Be sure to check out our new pricing structure here.

Just follow these easy steps to remove the old feature and activate the new one:

1. Go to Calendar » External Bookings Legacy » Click on Details next to the Resource that is Activated.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Deactivate. Do this with all active Resources.

That’s it!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Once you deactivate your links, make sure you remove them from places like your website or emails as they will no longer work. When you activate the new feature, you will receive new links for each resource.

  • Once you deactivate each link, the Legacy feature will be automatically removed from your invoice.

    • If you do not deactivate the Legacy feature and activate the NEW External Bookings, you will be billed for both features on your Cobot subscription invoice.

Activating the NEW Feature:

Follow this step-by-step guide, or head to Calendar » External Bookings NEW and activate your new 30-day trial!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This will change how visitors or non-members interact with your space.

    • With the Legacy feature, anyone booking a Resource using the External Booking link was added to your member list with “External Bookings” as their plan type.

    • All visitor booking data will ONLY appear on your External Booking dashboard with the NEW feature. They will no longer be added to your member list.
