Opening Doors with Dormakaba (Member Guide)

This guide will show you how to access your Dormakaba app and use it to open doors in your space.

Dormakaba is an automatic access control system that lets you open all doors included in your membership – quickly and easily!

These are the steps you need to follow in order to get access to your space.


Sign Up to a Membership Plan in Your Space

To access your space, you first need to sign up for a membership plan in your coworking space. This ensures you are recognized as an official member and receive access based on your membership level.

💡 Make sure to add your phone number on the sign-up form!


Download the App

Once an admin of your coworking space approves your membership, you will receive an SMS with instructions to download the Dormakaba Exivo app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

After downloading the app, you will be asked to register your phone number and enter a verification code sent by text message.

View Your Locks and Open Doors

Afterwards, you can view all available locks for your membership plan in the app and hold your phone near a door to open it.

If you book a room through the Cobot Members App, you will automatically have access to that room via Dormakaba for the duration of your booking.
