Cobot

At present, Cobot doesn't send out email notifications prior to member meetings. We're trying to prevent our service from spamming members with emails.

However, our members can keep a tab on upcoming meetings using one of the following options:

When they log in to Cobot and follow the Booking Calendar link, there is a button labelled My Bookings. Clicking this will show a list of all upcoming bookings that they have scheduled in Cobot.

On the My Bookings page, there is a also a calendar link next to the top text. When your members add that link into their calendar program, they will get a feed of all their upcoming bookings directly. This also works with online calendars, like Google calendar.
