Using Cobot on Mobile Devices

Although we do not currently have an app, the Cobot Coworking software is web-based and fully mobile-optimized.

All features, including the booking calendar, member portal, admin management area, and our guides & FAQs are all available and optimized for your mobile devices.

Here is what a member might see while logged in:

The dashboard shows that the space is currently closed. A reminder is displayed asking members to book a room before arriving to follow physical distancing rules. The welcome section includes a contact button and a message saying “welcome here!” Below, there are updates such as profile changes, studio use guides, and instructions for printer setup.

Here is what an admin might see:

This dashboard shows an overview of space activity. There are 33 members total, with no check-ins in the last 7 days and no bookings revenue in the last 4 weeks. One invoice for \$325 is unpaid. Five member profiles are unconfirmed. The activity feed shows recent bookings made by Morgan, including podcasting and conference room reservations.

Because of this, we did not need to create a stand-alone mobile app.
