You can give guests access to your Wi-Fi via a guest account:

1. Go to Setup » Wi-Fi Integration.

2. Select the "Add Wi-Fi Guest Accounts" link at the bottom of the page.

This is an image of a user interface section labeled "Guest Accounts" with a link below that reads "Add Wifi Guest Accounts to let non-members access your wifi."

3. Now you can input the login and password for the guest account.

4. Optionally, you can set an expiry date. If the field is left blank, the guest login will not expire.

5. Click "Add Account."

A list of all active accounts will be shown at the bottom of the screen for your reference.

This is an image of a web interface showing a section titled “Accounts.” It explains that to log in with a guest account, users should select “Guest Account” from a dropdown menu on the captive portal login page. Three account types are listed: Guest, Trial, and Workshop. Each entry includes a “Remove” link on the right side.

Now, when a guest tries to access the internet in your space, they can only see your Cobot page/captive portal until they use their login and password to gain internet access.
