Cobot Members App

Mit der Cobot Members App können Mitglieder Ressourcen in deinem Space schnell und einfach über ihr Smartphone buchen.

Die App ist derzeit nur für Mitglieder verfügbar. Wenn du kein Mitglied eines Spaces bist, kannst du dich nicht anmelden und auf die App zugreifen. Wenn du Admin eines Cobot-Spaces bist und die App nutzen möchtest, füge dich selbst als Mitglied hinzu. Den passenden Guide dazu findest du hier.

Erste Schritte

Die App herunterladen

Einloggen

  • Benutze dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse und dasselbe Passwort, die du benutzt, um auf dein Mitgliederportal zuzugreifen.

App Navigation

Die App hat vier wesentliche Bereiche:

1. Home

Zeigt die Kontaktdaten und Social-Media-Links deines Spaces an. Diese Informationen werden aus deinen Einstellungen unter „Einrichten” in deinem Admin-Portal abgerufen.

2. Deine Buchungen

Hier sieht dein Mitglied eine Liste aller bisherigen und bevorstehenden Buchungen.

3. Eine Buchung durchführen

Mitglieder können hier ganz einfach neue Buchungen vornehmen. Die App bietet eine reibungslosere und optimierte Benutzererfahrung als die mobile Webversion.

  • Sie können nur Ressourcen buchen, die im Rahmen ihres aktuellen Mitgliedschaftstarifs zulässig sind.

  • Alle Einschränkungen (wie Zeitlimits oder Buchungsfenster) werden automatisch angewendet.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE:

  • Diese App unterstützt derzeit nur Buchungen. Um Tarife, Rechnungen oder Kontoeinstellungen zu verwalten, nutze bitte das Mitglieder- Portal im Web.

  • Mitglieder von Netzwerk- Spaces können unter „Buchen” Ressourcen aus allen Spaces ihres Netzwerks anzeigen und buchen.

    • Ein Filter „Space” hilft ihnen dabei, nach Standort zu filtern.

Das Mitglied wählt die gewünschte Ressource aus und kann das Datum und die Uhrzeit frei wählen.

4. Account

Dieser Abschnitt enthält nur grundlegende Kontodetails:

  • Der aktuelle Tarif und Preis des Mitglieds

  • Informationen zur rechtmäßigen Nutzung (Nutzungsbedingungen, Datenschutzerklärung)

  • Ein Link zur Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Cobot-Team, falls ein Fehler gemeldet werden muss
