How to Register Additional Spaces
1. Log in to your Cobot admin portal.
2. Click on your profile icon in the lower left corner » Your Account:
3. Click on 'Add Another Space' and submit the name of your space. Make it different than your current account to keep things clear.
Congratulations! You're done! Your additional coworking space is now part of your Cobot management portfolio.
Moving Between Spaces
Effortlessly navigate between your spaces by clicking on your profile icon in the lower left corner » Your Account:
From your account page, quickly jump between spaces with just a single click.
If you only have admin access to a space, you will see only the space name. When you add yourself as a member (suggested for testing and optimization), you will see an Admin/Member box, allowing you to toggle between the admin portal and member portal.
Member Interaction
Cobot not only simplifies administrative tasks but also enhances the experience for your members. They can easily make bookings in each location from their member portal in any spaces they hold memberships in.
