Your Cobot subscription includes expert coworking tools and add-ons to help you efficiently manage your space. This includes the free Meeting Room Display add-on.

The Meeting Room Display allows you to conveniently display current and upcoming bookings for your resources, acting as a digital 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Members can easily make a booking by clicking on the resource card and scanning the QR code displayed.

Purchase and Mount Your Device

You can use any device with internet access, such as a tablet or monitor. Essential things to keep in mind when making your choice:

  • What is the power source required for your device? If it needs to be plugged in, it will need to be mounted close to a plug.

  • Is the device easy to mount? Will your members notice it when they approach the resource?

  • Does your device connect to WiFi?

Install the Meeting Room Display Add-on

Once your device is mounted and connected to WiFi, log in to your admin portal on the device and take the following steps:

  • Go to Add-ons » Meeting Room Display » Instal Add-on.

    • If you have multiple Cobot spaces, select the correct location.

  • Select the resource the device will be mounted in front of. You should now see the current or upcoming meetings for that resource.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Put your device in Kiosk more or expand your browser into full screen so people can't start clicking around your device. This will make it look nicer and more streamline to members as well as ensure the URL is hidden

If your browser bar still shows after expanding into full screen, you will need to disable this. Google how to do this for the browser you are using.
