Step 1: Creating Discount Codes
Go to Products » Discount Codes
Click Add Discount Code
Next, fill in the discount details and save.
Basic Settings
These fields apply to both, discount codes for External Bookings and discount codes for Membership Plans.
Internal Name: For your own reference only (for example: Discount for EOY Event attendees). Only visible to admins.
Code: The code members or visitors enter to redeem the discount (for example:
winter2025).
Product Category
Under Product Category, choose what category the discount applies to: External Bookings or Membership Plans.
💡 The Product Category determines whether the discount code can be redeemed for resource bookings or during membership sign-ups. Depending on the category, additional settings appear.
Discount Codes for Membership Plans
Select Membership Plans to offer a discount during member sign-up. Select the specific plans this code applies to, or click Select All to apply it across all membership plans.
When selected, you'll see (under 'AMOUNT'):
Discount: Choose how the discount is applied:
Percentage (for example: 50% off)
Fixed Amount (for example: €100 off).
Duration: How long the discount applies after the membership starts (for example: the first 3 months).
Discount Codes for External Bookings
💡 External Bookings is a paid add-on. Make sure it's enabled for your account before setting up discount codes for it.
Select External Bookings to offer a discount to visitors who book your meeting rooms, hot desks or other resources directly on your website or public homepage. This is great for filling quiet periods, running seasonal promotions, or rewarding repeat visitors.
Select the specific resources this code applies to - e.g. Conference Room - or click Select All to apply it across all bookable resources.
When selected, you'll see:
Discount: Choose how the discount is applied:
Percentage (for example: 25% off)
Fixed Amount (for example: €20 off).
💡 For External Bookings, the discount applies to the full booking price - including any booking extras and taxes.
Usage Restrictions
These fields apply to both Membership Plan and External Booking discount codes.
Expiration date / Code expires on: After this date, the code can no longer be redeemed. Leave blank for no expiry (for example: 01/09/2027).
Usage limit: The maximum number of times the code can be redeemed in total. Leave blank for unlimited uses (for example: 5).
Once you're happy with your settings, click Save - your discount code is ready to share.
2. Managing your Discount Codes
Once saved, your discount code will appear in the Discount Code Overview under Products Discount Codes.
In the Discount Code Overview, you will see:
All discount codes at a glance
Their amounts
Redemption counts
Expiry dates
Product Category (External Booking vs. Membership Plan)
Applicable Products (concrete resource or plan names)
Editing and Removing Discount Codes
In your Discount Code Overview, you can easily edit or delete discount codes.
💡 Editing an existing discount code, such as renaming winter25 to winter2025, does not create a new code. All previous redemptions remain associated with the same discount code.
Step 3: Redeeming Discount Codes
Redeeming a Discount Code During Membership Sign-Up
During sign-up, members enter the discount code in the Discount Code field on their membership plan sign-up form.
If the code is valid, they'll immediately see the discount applied as well as the duration during which it will be applied.
Redeeming a Discount Code for an External Booking
Visitors enter the discount code during checkout when booking a meeting room, desk or other resource on your coworking space's public homepage.
If the code is valid, the discount is applied immediately before payment.
3. Discount Codes on Invoices
Discount codes show up as a single line item on the invoice - for both Membership Plan and External Booking discount codes.
