Every Cobot subscription includes:

  • Unlimited free chat and email support.

  • 2 hours of phone and/or video call time with our knowledgeable support team.

Need more time?

Register for our Premium Support, and you will also enjoy:

  • Up to 4 hours of phone and/or video calls per month with a dedicated account manager. That’s 2 more hours than comes standard with your subscription.

    • Book a call in advance or leave a message for an expedited callback

  • All email or chat tickets you submit are prioritized.

  • The first choice to beta test new features in development

Get all of the above for a €99 / $99 per month. This will be charged in addition to your subscription fees.

To add this, go to your Admin portal » click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner » Your Subscription » Scroll down to the very bottom of the page until you see "Our Extras for you". Click on Add Extra and once you have done this, your Premium benefits are applied immediately.

From your Subscription overview, you’ll also be able to:

  • See how many hours you have used and have remaining

  • When your call time resets

  • Schedule a call
