    You can reach us anytime at support@cobot.me, via the chat window in your Cobot account, or through the contact form on our website. (Yes, we are real humans replying!)

    In addition to chatting with our Support team, you can also find help in our Help Center. It is packed with helpful articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides.


One-Time Customer Support Call

Do you prefer to talk things through in a call? No problem!

In that case, you can schedule a 1-hour Support Call with one of our Support Specialists for €59 / $69 per hour. The charge will be added to your next Cobot invoice.

The One-Time Customer Support Call is perfect if you’re stuck or just want to work through something together!


Dedicated Support Packages

Do you need more than a one-off call? We've got that too!

You can schedule a Half-Day or Full-Day Support Training with a dedicated Cobot expert.

These support sessions are ideal for

  • New spaces getting started

  • Existing spaces onboarding new staff members

  • New and existing spaces wanting to explore all of Cobot’s features in-depth

Just reach out to us to plan the right session for your needs.


Premium Support

If you need regular, ongoing, personal support, Premium Support might be just right for you.

What’s included:

  • Up to 4 hours/month of phone or video support (with screen sharing!)

  • Dedicated Support Specialist

  • Priority chat & e-mail support

  • Option to book calls in advance or request an expedited callback

  • Early access to beta features

All for €99 / $99 per month, billed in addition to your subscription.

How to Add Premium Support

  1. Log in to your Admin Portal in Cobot.

  2. Click your profile icon (bottom left corner)

  3. Choose Your Subscription

  4. Scroll down to Our Extras for you

  5. Click Add Extra under Premium Support
