1-Hour Support Call

Prefer to talk it out? You can book a 1-hour support call with one of our Support Specialists for €59 / $69 USD.

The fee will be added to your next Cobot invoice—no need for separate payment.

This option is ideal if:

  • You’d rather work through an issue together in real time

Dedicated Support Packages

Need more than a one-time call? We offer in-depth training sessions with a Cobot expert, specifically tailored to your needs.

How to Add Premium Support

  1. Log in to your Admin Portal in Cobot.

  2. Click your profile icon (bottom left corner)

  3. Choose Your Subscription

  4. Scroll down to Our Extras for you

  5. Click Add Extra under Premium Support
