One-Time Customer Support Call
Do you prefer to talk things through in a call? No problem!
In that case, you can schedule a 1-hour Support Call with one of our Support Specialists for €59 / $69 per hour. The charge will be added to your next Cobot invoice.
The One-Time Customer Support Call is perfect if you’re stuck or just want to work through something together!

Log in to your Admin Portal in Cobot.
Click your profile icon (bottom left corner)
Choose Your Subscription
Scroll down to Our Extras for you
Click Add Extra under Premium Support
Once added, your benefits are applied immediately!
