Member Bulk Actions

Learn how to apply bulk actions for your members in order to save time and be more efficient.

Instead of updating each profile individually, Cobot allows you to apply changes or send messages to groups of members in just a few clicks. This is especially useful for larger communities where efficiency matters.


Enabling Bulk Actions

To activate Bulk Actions:

  1. Go to Manage » Members.

  2. Check the box next to Name/Company at the top of the member list.

Once selected, the Bulk Actions menu will appear, giving you access to all available options.

You can perform the following bulk actions:

  • Bulk Updating Plan Base Price

  • Bulk Updating Resource Access

  • Bulk Changing Plan

  • Bulk Sending Message

  • Bulk Connecting to User Account

💡 Use the Search bar first to filter your members – this way, bulk actions only apply to a specific group of members (e.g., increase rates for Premium Members, update resource access for Basic Members, or adjust pricing for Student Plans).


1. Bulk Sending Messages

Use Bulk Messages to reach multiple members at once – perfect for sharing updates like new opening hours, upcoming community events, or revised guidelines. Instead of sending messages individually, you can communicate efficiently with your entire community.

How to send a bulk message:

  1. Go to Manage » Members.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Name/Company (or choose specific members).

  3. Click Bulk Actions » Send Message.


2. Bulk Updating Plan Base Price

Applying a Bulk Base Price update allows you to easily update the membership base price for multiple members at once instead of customizing their plans individually. This is useful when e.g. adjusting pricing tiers for a group of members or introducing price increases at the end of the year.

How to bulk update the plan base price:

  1. Go to Manage » Members.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Name/Company (or choose specific members).

  3. Click Bulk Actions » Base Price.

3. Bulk Updating Resource Access

Bulk updating resource access lets you control which member group has access to which resources via their plan in just one step. This is especially beneficial when a resource should no longer be accessible under specific plans.

How to bulk update resource access

  1. Go to Manage » Members.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Name/Company (or choose specific members).

  3. Click Bulk Actions » Resource Access.

4. Bulk Changing Plans

Switch multiple members to a new plan simultaneously instead of doing it one by one! This is helpful when migrating members from a legacy plan to a new one, for example. Learn all about Bulk Changes here.

5. Bulk Connecting to User Profiles
