Cobot has partnered with Taco Technologies, so you can integrate Cobot with PaperCut MF using their in house connector Cilantro. PaperCut MF fits in with your existing print environment, supporting devices you already have, and is entirely vendor and platform agnostic.

Setting Up the Integration

Charging Your Members

Once you are set up, all charges will be sent to your member's profile in Cobot and added to their next monthly invoice automatically. The combined charges will appear within a single line item on their invoice.

To charge your member for their printing service in advance of their monthly billing cycle, you can do so by going to the member's profile » Invoicing » Invoice Current Charges. Check out this guide for more information.
